Caught in the Draft/Give Me a Sailor - This double feature contains two classic Bob Hope comedies:
CAUGHT IN THE DRAFT (1941)
Bob Hope stars in this farce as a spoiled movie star makes a play for a colonel's daughter who is not impressed. So he sets up a phony session with an army enlistment sergeant but the bright beauty foils his game and he finds himself in a wacky comedy of errors when Congress passes the National Draft.
GIVE ME A SAILOR (1938)
In this sailors-on-leave romantic screwball comedy, Hope and Raye agree to help each other get the girl and guy of their dreams, respectively. Two sisters--one beautiful, the other homely--meet two swabbies on shore leave. Grable (the pretty one) sings, and Hope and Raye mug. Good fun.
